All charges are included, including parking, heating, air conditioning, water, electricity and tourist tax. 50% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is payable 60 days before the start of the stay (not surrendered if canceled within 60 days of arrival). If the cancellation occurs more than 2 months before arrival, the refund is made up to 50%. A deposit of 300 € requested at the delivery of the keys in cash, as a guarantee of damage that could affect the house, its furniture or equipment, will be returned to you the day of your departure.
The linen is provided including sheets, towels, tea towels, the bath mat. Beach towels not provided. Depending on the time of year, the apartment will be already heated when you arrive for your well being. The cleaning will be done and the raised bed.
The apartment will be clean on arrival. Cleaning products are available. The departure cleaning fee will be charged 40 € at the time of booking.
In summer, rentals are by the week, average and low season minimum 2 nights. The apartments "Mare Blu" and "Miramar" are rented in summer from Sunday to Sunday. The apartments "Esterel" and "les Pins" are rented in summer from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival at 16pm, departure at 10am.
Pets are welcome free of charge. Consumables are not provided. Laundry is available in the residence. Lift in the residence and free private parking for the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and safe. The pool is open from 1st April to 31 October.
We ask our tenants to respect the neighborhood and the holidays of other families with children. Thank you not to disturb the silence after 22h and behave properly in public areas. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Any damage caused by smoking will be deducted from the deposit. The owner reserves the right to cancel the rental in case of bad behavior and noise caused by tenants.
