We are committed to welcoming you to a clean and pleasant apartment. The apartment is maintained by the cleaning company Cannes Nova Clean. The bedding is cleaned and treated anti-bacteria and anti-mite every 3 months. For your comfort, pillows, sheets, bath towels and all the dishes are renewed regularly. Cutlery and cooking utensils are new. The mattresses have been cleaned, disinfected and treated anti mites by a specialist for impeccable hygiene.

This accommodation is ideal for a good seaside holiday with the family, with children. We have done our best to equip the apartments for your comfort, with quality bedding, air conditioning, fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, telephone, very high speed wifi by optical fiber, TV connected in each room with 160 channels, free NETFLIX and Youtube. Nothing is missing!

The apartments are quiet, without any noise, and benefit from a pretty sea view. Their western exposure allows to benefit from a beautiful sunshine all afternoon with beautiful sunsets over the mountains.

La Croisette and the center of Cannes are 3 km away and accessible by bus by the sea, day and night. The location of the apartment allows you to do without the car, if you come to participate in a Cannes congress or to visit the French Riviera. The train station is 700 meters away.

Communication prior to arrival and during our stay was fast. Great introduction by Anna and her husband to the appartment and all as described. They are such friendly hosts and they really make sure everythings is smoothe and perfect for the guests. Nice that there is an elevator from the parking space to the appartment. Holiday memories

The location of our accommodation allows you to do without the car during the entire stay in Cannes, thanks to the proximity of buses (100 meters) and the train station (700 meters). You will certainly enjoy the 7km of Cannes public or private beaches to choose from, children can have fun around the 3 large swimming pools of the Residence. Nearby you will have access to water sports, sailing school, snacks and beach restaurants.

Throughout the summer you will be able to discover the most beautiful fireworks of the world organized in the Bay of Cannes and visible from the beach of the Residence. Why not watch it on a picnic on the beach ...

Among other visits to do, we recommend the boat trip to the Lérins Islands, hiking in the Massif de l'Estérel with paradisiacal sea views or visit Monaco, Villefranche sur Mer, Antibes and the charming village of Théoule sur Mer.
